  • There are various procedures regarding returns and cancellations. A return procedure applies in the event of a defect or defect (“Return”). Customer cancellation is subject to a cancellation procedure ("Cancellation").
  • Cancellation and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping, transportation and handling costs/fees.
  • Products can be returned, exchanged or canceled within 30 days of shipment.

Below, we will describe the characteristics of each one, as well as their costs and conditions.

Returns:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of the Colombian Consumer Statute, the right of withdrawal is understood to be agreed upon. The right of withdrawal gives the person who makes the purchase the possibility of terminating the contract within a maximum period of five (5) business days from the date of delivery of the order and the garment must be returned in the same means. and conditions in which you received it. The transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the goods will be covered by the client. Once the garment has been returned, in the same conditions in which it was delivered, the money will be refunded within the next thirty (30) calendar days. Goods made according to the buyer's specifications, personalized goods and goods for personal use (such as underwear, swimwear, etc.) are exempt from the right of withdrawal. The buyer must return the garment, unworn, with all its internal and external labels and in the packaging in which it was received. Returns of goods that do not meet these characteristics will not be accepted.

To request a return, visit our returns center here. Please note that the product may take approximately 10 to 15 business days to arrive at our facilities in Colombia. To ensure a smooth and timely return process, we recommend completing the return form and submitting it as soon as possible. This approach will help speed up the process and minimize any potential delays.

We ask that you initiate the return within the 30-day period. Unfortunately, if the deadline is passed, we will not be able to continue with your return request. We hope to facilitate your return in a timely manner.

The following conditions must be taken into account:

  1. Discounts: Products purchased during the seasonal sale or final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  2. In order to protect hygiene and health, returns of swimsuits and accessories will not be accepted when their packaging, packaging or cover that protects the product has been opened and the product appears to have already been used, except for those that are defective or present some damage.
  3. Unless a Product is defective or has a defect, all returned products must be in their original packaging.
  4. Products that are received damaged or damaged by a manufacturing defect within six (6) months of purchase are considered defective. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective. The Company will determine, in its sole discretion and discretion, whether damage is due to normal wear and tear or some other reason.
  5. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or repaired, where possible and subject to availability. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item. If a Product cannot be replaced or repaired, you are entitled to a full refund within the six (6) month period. At our discretion, any Products returned outside the return period may not be accepted or may only be accepted as site credit.

Exchanges:

Once your order has been shipped, you have 30 days to exchange a Product. To request an exchange, visit our returns center here.

The following conditions must be taken into account:

  1. Clothing on promotion or with discounts cannot be changed by taste, which means by size, color or reference.
  2. Exchanges of garments are made for the value at which they were purchased.
  3. You can exchange for a product of equal or greater value by paying the additional value.
  4. If the exchange is made for a product of lower value, the difference in money will not be refunded.
  5. Garment changes are always made by size or reference, depending on availability.
  6. Keep the internal and external labels complete, they must not be scratched or damaged.

To exchange the garment, it must not be modified or altered from its original state, cut, stained or dirty by lipstick and makeup, it must be in good condition, clean and with its original labels and labels. Applies to changes due to taste and returns due to withdrawal.

Product shipping costs must be borne entirely by the customer.

Wrong Products:

If the customer receives a product with different characteristics than what is described on the page at the time of purchase, the procedure to request a product change is as follows:

  • Within two (2) business days after receiving the product, the customer must take photos that show the incorrect product and send them to info@hawtsw.com with the order number.
  • Once it is verified that the product actually arrived incorrectly, a collection guide will be sent to the customer, and HAWT will be in charge of collecting it from the same place where it was initially delivered and once this is done, the correct product will be sent.

Cancellations:

Cancellations are only applicable when the order has not been complete. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team here.

Refund policy:

  1. Cancellations: Once a cancellation is reported, the Company will send a refund receipt for the corresponding amount within 7 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method originally used.
  2. Returns: The Company will send proof of return of the corresponding amount (Except taxes and shipping costs) within 15 days following the date of receipt of the products. Returns that do not meet the conditions listed above will be canceled and sent back. The refund will be made through the same payment method originally used.
