Warranty Policy



At HAWT all our products are manufactured with excellent quality standards. You must read the instructions for use and washing and the warning labels attached to the product very carefully for its proper use and care. Keep in mind that there are designs that have an artisanal process that allows them to have unique and irregular finishes among the same reference. The garments have a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery of the product.

For any warranty, the product goes through a review process by HAWT's quality department. Any request will be responded to within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days following receipt of the product, therefore, please note that the product will be sent to the workshop for diagnosis and repair (if applicable). The repair process will be carried out within thirty (30) business days from the day following receipt of the request.

The approval response to the guarantee will be subject to the result of the review carried out by HAWT, since it must be taken into account that the guarantee is lost if:

  • The detailed instructions on the label have not been followed.
  • Contact of the garment with products with chemicals that cause discoloration of the fabrics.
  • Contact of the garment with bleach or detergents that contain it.
  • If the product was altered, violated or modified.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product.

In the event that the product is found to have manufacturing or quality defects, and therefore the warranty request is approved, the warranty may be fulfilled with the repair of the garment or the exchange for one of the same reference; If the same reference is not available, you can choose one with similar characteristics, or request that the value of the defective garment be registered as a credit balance which will be applied to a future purchase.

Warranty claim requirements:

  • The client must present verbally or in writing, without prejudice to the provisions of article 58 of law 1480 of 2011.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, without prejudice to the provisions of article 27 of law 1480 of 2011.
  • You must descriptively indicate the defect that the product has in the product warranty form and send or take to one of our official physical stores to begin the quality process.

Knitted garments:

To make a return or exchange, the cardboard label must remain on the garment. We do not accept garments that have been washed, handled or worn previously. Knitted garments are delicate and it is therefore the responsibility of the end user to follow the care instructions shown on the garment label. If the threads are affected during the use of the garment, HAWT is not responsible for any exchange or return.

Please make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all labels attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept the return and issue a refund.

Garment care: Avoid scratchy surfaces or sharp objects that could affect the fabric garment. Add your jewelry and accessories after putting on the garment.

HAWT will respond to claims within a maximum period of 15 business days, as ordered by article 58 of Law 1480 of 2011; In any case and if applicable, the effectiveness of the guarantee will proceed as follows:

  • HAWT reserves the right to accept garments with prior product analysis. The garment must be delivered in good hygienic, clean and dry conditions.

  • If the product warranty applies, the garment will be fully repaired or replaced if applicable.
  • If the product warranty does not apply, the customer will be informed and an agreement will be reached for the shipment of the garment.
  • The garments have a sixty (60) calendar day warranty period against factory defects. Defects or damages due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material (washing; contact with chemicals, detergents, bleaches that cause discoloration of fabrics; altered or modified product) will not be recognized as warranty.
  • If the quality department determines that the warranty request has been denied, the customer has a time limit of thirty (30) days from the notification of the determination to remove the item from the point where it was claimed, after that HAWT term. is not responsible.
  • If you access the guarantee, the change will be made in the physical store or by email info@hawtsw.com through which the request was filed immediately or within ten (10) business days following the approval decision of the warranty.
  • There will be no refund of money on exchanges and/or warranty requests, exchanges are only made for product or balance in favor. The refund of the money due to the effectiveness of the guarantee only applies when it is impossible to replace or exchange the good, in which case the sales price actually paid will be returned.
  • Money refunds only apply when exercising the right of withdrawal for purchases made through our stores in person or virtually.
